Returns & Exchanges
Bella’s Apothecary hand makes 100% natural products which are perishable. That means we are unable to accept any returns. If your product has been damaged in transit, please email Info@BellasApothecary.shop and a solution will be reached.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If your order has been damaged in transit, please email Info@BellasApothecary.shop for a replacement.
Please keep in mind that natural products do melt in warmer temperatures but these products are not damaged & will still work as expected.
All orders over $100.00 in value are insured before being mailed out, so if yours has been lost or stolen, notify your local post office and send an email to Info@BellasApothecary.shop. We will work with the post office and your product will be replaced as soon as possible.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please send an email to Bella@BellasApothecary.shop and allow us to work towards a solution via a custom, discounted product specifically catered to your needs.
All products are hand made Monday - Thursday. Orders are compiled & packaged to be mailed on Monday & Tuesday of the following week.
ORDERS ONLY SHIP OUT ON MONDAYS & TUESDAYS OF THE WEEK.
If your order has not been placed in time to be made during the week, it will not be processed until the following week.

Soaps & Candles
Soaps & candles are made in small batches that need time to cure. While I do my best to reduce waiting times, the soap must cure for at least 10 days prior to being packaged and mailed out. Candles must cure for at least 3 days. All soap orders can take up to 11 days before processing for shipping from the date of purchase. All candle orders can take at up to 10 days before processing for shipping. Your patience is appreciated.
If your order includes soap or a candle, your order will be held and shipped off together. If you are in a rush, please purchase soap & candles separately from other products.
