All DOMESTIC SHIPPING is done via United State Postal Service 1st Class Mail via our PRINT PARTNER, PRINTFUL. For the time being ALL DOMESTIC (CONTINENTAL US) ORDERS SHIP FOR FREE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN DESCRIPTION.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICIES: Tis' the Season..almost..but I wanted to set cut-off shipping dates now so there is no confusion. With all of the frenzy surrounding the gift-giving season; the last thing customers want to worry about is purchasing something online-only to realize it won't make it in time for Christmas! I don't want to be known as Ms. Scrooge or the Loc'd Grinch Who Stole Christmas..so here are the absolute LAST days to order to TRY to ensure that your items arrive in a timely manner and in time for the Holidays. (Note I said "try" because unfortunately, there are no guarantees--implied or otherwise. Once your item is placed in the mail; I cannot guarantee anything. While my experience so far with US Priority Mail has been stellar and without complications--and QUICK, I might add--and I have no reason to assume it will be any different during the holidays--I cannot offer absolute guarantees. As we all know, there can be unforseen glitches and hitches. But on my end, I do guarantee that I will do my very best to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Items purchased via my shop are always sent USPS (US Priority Mail) with a tracking number so they are always completely traceable/trackable.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Returns and exchange details

We strive to put our customers first and make it a point to resolve any issues regarding our products. If any product purchased via our site is delivered damaged, we will replace that item with same item or an item of equal value, less shipping charges. (All delivery options provide confirmation & tracking so we will know whether an item has been lost in transit.) If all attempts at resolution fail; we will gladly offer a full refund to our customers--within 7 days of purchase only. Any items returned after this period will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

If we receive your item(s) back AFTER the time period of 7 days, we will decide on a case by case basis if we will provide a full or partial refund; an exchange for item(s) of equal value OR an in-store credit.

- Item must be in the original condition in which it was received. It cannot be washed, worn, or altered in any way.
