We do not guarantee results as hair responds differently to products. Our samples are always available and sell fast when in stock, therefore, we recommend purchasing if you are unsure of how a product will work. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Keep in mind our products are meant to be moisturizing therefore use in moderation, less is more.
We do understand that going through the USPS system can be a little rough on packages. If your item is received damaged, we're here to help. Please contact us immediately with in 7 days via email as we like to handle these situations swiftly. Due to the nature of our handmade products, after 7 days no refunds, or replacements for damaged products will be honored.
To be eligible for replacement, or refund for your damaged product within the 7 day period, your products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, unused, and unopened. Along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Please upload a photo of the received item/s in our etsy shop.
Once we receive your provided information we will review your case and notify you within 24-48hrs on the status of your refund, or exchange after reviewing your case. If your replacement or refund is approved, we ship your replacement product within 24hrs. via USPS Priority Mail or we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5- 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies
RETURN SHIPPING COST:
If you choose to return your damaged product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
