I purchased the cards sometime in January 2018. With the delivery service, the cards were delayed arriving (reason unknown, but not the seller's fault). I reached out to Kathy Trusty via email to inform her of what was going on and she promptly responded. She was so nice and helpful, by tracking my item for me and kept in touch with me to update me of my shipment status along the way. When I received them, I was very pleased, because the #BH alphabet flash cards are very educational and inspiring. I would definitely conduct business with the seller again!
