Shipping Lead Time
All orders have a maximum of 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped. Orders are usually sent via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise indicated or requested. UPS, FEDEX, and DHL shipping methods are available upon request. Additional charges may apply.
Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of 1-4 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Touch Body Works at WeBuyBlack.com. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. There are few exceptions. Please see the details below.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products may be returned to Touch Body Works after contacting Support@EvokeTouch.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.

Refunds
You will be responsible for paying for any returned shipment, upon approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
