My name is Luvander Hollaway. I own Alternate Source Auto Parts. I am also the founder of People Promoting Black Business on Facebook. My business is located in Newark, New Jersey. My problem seems to be, getting Black People to get over the myth, that things are always cheaper in the large chain stores. When it is a fact, that theses chain stores use their loss leaders, and fancy store designs to lock one into thinking their prices are lower, and they will be better at honoring warranties. Nothing can be further from the truth, if the Black Business is willing to make the manufacture honor their warranty just like they do for those chains. Plus in my business I provide free delivery in my immediate area, because I know I have to do a little more to destroy that other myth, that one persons ice is colder than anothers!
