#WellnessWednesday: 3 Reasons Why You Should Drink Infused Water

Hello guys! I hope everyone is doing great! Have you been drinking water? Of course the answer is YES, right? It's mostly plain water I'm guessing! Well let's discuss the importance of drinking detox or infused water.

Detox water is just plain water plus some fruits or veggies that aim to flush the body, to help with weight loss and improve health. It's beneficial for anybody and really easy to make. Anyway, here are some quick recipes !

1- Fat burn ( especially belly fat )

-24 oz water

-2 slices of lemon

-4 slices of cucumber

Let sit for 12H at least before drinking.

 2-Cleanse the body

-24oz water


-1 lemon squeezed


-24oz water

-1 lemon juice

-Cayenne pepper

3-Fight bloating

-Warm water



-Maple syrup



Guys, above were some quick tips and fixes that you can make at home. Keep in mind that there are so many different types of detox water with differents benefits. You can add almost any fruit to your water such as berries, kiwis, oranges, apples and even chia seeds.

If you have not heard of Chia seeds water, you should try it. Chia (salvia hispanica) is popular today for its many benefits. These seeds are rich in antioxidants and provide fiber,
iron and calcium. They protect against heart attacks and help with diabetes.


  • Ginger fires up metabolism and helps melt fat
  • Cayenne pepper helps the digestive system and moves bacteria and toxins out of the body
  • Turmeric helps to digest fat, reduces bloating and gas.
