It's no coincidence that you often have great ideas or realizations when you're in the shower because your mind is allowed to wander organically. Immerse yourself with our meditative herbal bath to still your mind, release any outside forces and hold space to hear your true inner voice.
We hope this supports your emotional processing and self-actualization journey.
We've noticed that each herbal support serves each individual very uniquely. Here are some ways this herbal tea bath may support you:
- Sacred space to sit with your thoughts
- Invite into you healing and mental health rituals
- Enhance your meditation/mindfulness practice
Our Herbal Connection:
I started building my soul wellness practices to manage my own anxiety, stress, and over-thinking tendencies that wore down my soul and health. I never gave myself the space to not think, and once I did I always had a hard time “turning it off”. Passionflower has become my herbal relationship that is unwavering, consistent, and loyal. My anxiety isn’t gone, I craft my own personal rituals and techniques that I can apply. But this is something I will always have to manage and it has been so humbling to have the support from passionflower and tulsi to remind myself to claim the space I need to pause, breathe and give myself clarity. Clarity of what I can control and what I cannot, so I can invest my energy & efforts towards what brings me joy and adds value to my life.
