Because we deal in cosmetics we will not refund or exchange orders due to personal taste. However, we will provide an exchange due to allergic reactions within 14 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will pay outbound shipping of the replacement product. Replacements are not shipped until we receive the return.
If your product arrives broken or leaking, email us at email@example.com with pictures of the damage and packing slip.
