Okay, here’s my review...
There was a malfunction with my order. The description said 30 right. So, I thought I was getting 30, but the pack only 16. I was confused bc the description said 30. I messaged them personally yesterday (when my order came) and they didn’t message me back but I get this call from this random number today, like who is this? lol. But it was a lady named Angelique from this shop and explaining that the description is wrong and suppose to say “30 pantyliners” instead of pads. Angelique said she’s sorry this happened and sending another pack on the house because she understands how periods can get. I was not expecting the call or how personable Angelique was! Such good customer service! Y’all should definitely shop here! I know there was a mistake but mistakes happen! The important thing is they apologize and make up for it. And there shipping was fast also! I did not expect it to get here till next week. So, Thank you again for the order fix and wonderful customer service!
