Ingredients: Pink Himalayan salt, sea saly, sunflower oil, grape seed oil, avocado oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, mango butter, cocoa butter, shea bbutter, carrot oil, jojoba oil, argan oil, sea buckthorn oil, lemon peels, orange peels, non toxic fragrance oil, lemongrass oil.

Directions:

1. Begin with one hand going up the arm to your shoulders, upper back and upper chest. Do the other hand and arm. Always work towards the heart.

2. After you have scrubbed your upper limbs, work from the tops of your feet up to your hips on both sides. Make sure that you include all around the legs including the backs of your knees and legs right up to your hips.

3. Avoid using a scrub on any private areas on your body. The texture is too rough. Be gentle in the underarm area or avoid the area if the skin is too tender. Work on your back body first. Work up from your hips or where you left off when finishing your legs. Do as much of your upper back as possible working towards your heart even though it is awkward reaching upwards on your back. Do what you can.

Do a similar routine on the front of your body. Work up from your hips and lower belly and then work from your shoulders down towards your heart with small circular motions. When you have done all suitable areas that you can reach, you are finished.

4. Let the oil rest on your skin for a few minutes before rinsing it completely away. Pat your body dry. Follow with your Dame Body Butter to keep the skin hydrated
