We offer both UPS and USPS for our shipping methods. Our Standard shipping method is generally shipped via UPS SurePost. This method has UPS pick up the order from our warehouse, then they deliver it to the local post office, USPS, who then completes the delivery. UPS Ground and 2nd Day are shipped out via UPS.

We will accept unused product with return authorization approval number. Please do not attempt to return without contacting us first. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 30 days of sale.
