All products pictured on our shop are individually handmade. For this reason, your order may differ slightly in bead placement, leather/horn shade or brass pattern. We do our best to make sure that the product you receive looks as similar as possible to the pictures on the listings.
In the unfortunate event that your order is delivered bearing any kind of damage or defect, kindly follow the steps below. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us.
1) Contact us within 3 days of delivery with a description and picture of the damage, or a detailed reason for your dissatisfaction.
2) Once your feedback is received, we will make our assessment and determine if you are eligible for a refund or replacement and get back to you in 1 business day.
3) If your order is found to be eligible, you have the choice to receive a refund, or to have a replacement sent to you.
4) Refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Replacements will be mailed to you within 5 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
