Please note that all products sold by Buyer’s Point Products are exactly as pictured and described on our product detail pages. If you have questions about any of our products that are not answered on the product detail page, please email email@example.com before placing your order. While we will accept your return regardless of the reason, you will be responsible for shipping charges both to and from your location unless the product is defective*.
*If a product is being returned due to buyer remorse or any reason that is not at fault by Buyer’s Point, a credit will be issued for the product only. If you received “Free Shipping”, the shipping charges to your location will be deducted from the product credit.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of shipment.
Returns fall under two categories:
– Buyer Remorse
– Defective Product
In all cases (except when a product is defective), when returning products, the buyer must use a shipping service that provides a tracking number such as USPS, UPS, & FedEx. You must request and retain a copy of the tracking number and make it available to Buyer’s Point if we request it. If we do not receive your return, we cannot issue a credit.
If a product is being replaced due to a manufacturer’s defect, Buyer’s Point will replace the product free of charge under the warranty (click here for warranty details). No shipping charges will be collected for the defective product being returned or the replacement product being shipped under the warranty, provided the product is deemed defective by Buyer’s Point Products.
