GO Natural! is committed to exceeding our customers’ satisfaction with our products beyond the point of sale. All orders are inspected prior to shipping to confirm all items are not damaged and free of defects. Therefore, GO Natural! does not accept returns unless items are damaged during transit (see below for details).
We take pride in offering all-natural products that are free of harmful ingredients. This level of quality requires products to be created after an order is placed and payment is received. Production may require 1-4 days to complete depending on the item(s) and quantity ordered.
Changing/Cancelling an Order
Our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to quickly and efficiently produce orders. Therefore, we cannot confirm that changes or cancellations can be made. This depends on how far along the order is in processing and shipping. Customers can email firstname.lastname@example.org for inquires and order status.
Shipping is available for recipients located in the United States only. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail, and customers will be provided a tracking number via email. Packages generally arrive within 1-5 business after being shipped. To confirm the delivery date, please refer to the tracking number that was provided/emailed. The USPS delivers to every U.S. address, including P.O. boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations.
Occasionally, packages are returned to our facility because they are undeliverable. This may occur for the following reasons:
- An incorrect address was entered during checkout.
- Failed delivery attempt or item was not picked up from the local post office within the specified time.
- The package was refused by the recipient.
GO Natural! is not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable. If customer requests for package to be sent to another address, new shipping fees will be added to the order and will have to be paid before item is shipped.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been made and is confirmed by the USPS. In such cases, the customer is responsible for contacting the USPS and submitting a claim for the lost/stolen packages. GO Natural! will neither provide a refund nor send new products if the shipment's tracking number has been confirmed and delivered to the shipping address provided.
If a package is mailed back to our facility as “Returned to Sender” and GO Natural! is not at fault, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping cost. If the buyer requests a refund for the purchase, there will be a 40% restocking fee (all products are handmade per order and the products cannot be resold).
