Garner's Garden all natural mouthwash is fluoride free and made with 3% or 1.5% Food Grade H202 which will assist in healing a variety of dental issues such as cavities, gingivitis, gum disease, etc. Our clean mouthwash is not only antibacterial, it is also antiviral, anti-fungal and it whitens teeth naturally! The peppermint and tea tree essential oil is a great remedy for bad breath and inflammation of the mouth and throat. For best results with our natural mouthwash, use the directions below as a healthier substitute to toothpaste. *This product DOES NOT contain fluoride (which is a good thing).

Please choose between two strength options: Regular or Reduced Strength. Most customers choose the regular strength mouthwash, but if you have sensitive areas in your mouth and you have not yet used this mouthwash before, you might want to start out with the reduced strength until your mouth fully heals. If not, the healing oxygen particles may irritate your gums/teeth/etc because the oxygen is going directly to the problem areas and immediately start the healing process.

We recommend purchasing the peppermint when first starting out. Cinnamon essential oil is very strong and can have the potential to have a numbing effect on the tongue or as can be perceived as being very hot.

Benefits of ingredients:

Peppermint Essential Oil: combats bad breath, helps reduce oral pain and has antiviral, antimicrobial, and antioxidant properties that may help reduce any potential infection.

Tea Tree Essential Oil: kills the bacterium associated with halitosis and highly effective in treating gingivitis/gum disease.

Cinnamon Essential Oil (optional): has the greatest antimicrobial potency against streptococcus mutans, the bacteria responsible for tooth decay, and lactobacillus plantarum, one of the bacteria responsible for gum disease.

Food Grade H2O2: decreases plaque formation, controls "pyorrhea" (gum disease), and it effectively stops cavities from increasing in size.

  • Using this product as a mouthwash, squeeze a desirable amount of the product into your mouth and swish/gargle in your mouth for at least 1-2 minutes. Spit out the mouthwash and you may rinse your mouth out with water if necessary.
  • Using this product as a substitute for toothpaste, squeeze a desirable amount of the product into your mouth (1/2 oz) and then add  1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of Garner's Garden tooth powder into your mouth. Brush teeth with your mouth closed while leaning forward over the sink so that mixture is coating the teeth. Brush for at least two minutes (including the tongue and gums), spit and rinse out. Proceed to use the product as a mouthwash.

*Reduced strength is half the strength of the regular strength version.

**Cinnamon essential oil (flavor) is very strong and can have the potential to have a numbing effect on the tongue for a couple of minutes for some users. Also, a small percentage of customers may experience blisters - please discontinue and switch to peppermint if this occurs.

***Travel sized natural mouthwash now available! Travel sizes ONLY come in reduced strength.

WARNING: It is advisable to consult a doctor/dentist before you use any skincare or oral care products, especially if you have skin or oral disease. This is important so as to avoid potential bodily damage or adverse side effects.

I recently purchased tooth powder, but it wasn’t the one advertised with your mouth wash. Can I still use this mouth wash with other tooth powders?

Hello! I can't really say without looking at or knowing the ingredients. More than likely, you should be good to go because most tooth powders have roundabout the same ingredients.

This is good stuff! Peroxide based or at least has a foaming reaction so not much is needed. You feel very refreshed after use but will definitely feel the need to rinse thoroughly.

I absolutely love this product! Since using the tooth powder combined with the mouth wash I have seen a great difference in how clean my teeth feels. Initially I had to get used to the taste because obviously commercial oral care usually has sugar, it was still a nice change of pace.

Pros : natural ingredients , deep clean , and multi step process

Cons : the taste takes some getting used to but the pros outweighs the cons

The tooth powder definitely works better with the mouth wash as directed on packaging.

Honorable mention : coral oral 4-pack medium was used with this product

This paired with the tooth powder works WONDERS. I was prepared to wait until next week for my order to arrive, but I received it in just a couple days. I will never buy another tube of toothpaste for my household. Thank you for a natural product that actually works!!
