ROAST-TO-ORDER POLICY:

Roast-to-order means that we DO NOT touch the coffee beans UNTIL the consumer orders the desired coffee. We are able to roast in small batches, which makes our coffee high in quality and uniqueness in taste.

RETURNS POLICY:

Refund Policy:

We will refund all monies up to the 7th day of purchase AFTER date of receipt. Meaning that you 'the consumer' has up to 7 days to receive a refund.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account at least 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within three to five business days.
