My coaching tactics is to focus on what proceeded the setback or problem and then focus on the thoughts, habits, behaviors and actions that caused the experiences. How to turn your experiences on and off for your good and your purpose. I help create plans and hold you accountable to get to a more desirable location by use of a better process and strategy. I also use SMART Goals to create plans and actions for client success. Hope to work with you. I am a listening ear that works on proper planning and strategy creation.

I believe that changing ones mindset helps to get over life's and career hurdles. It is a processed that could have never been learned or need rejuvenating. Got friends, but need an accountability coach who is sworn by confidentiality? Then, then I am the coach for you.
