Hello! Thanks for the question. I recommend taking 4 daily, 2 in the morning, and 2 in the evening. That adds up to 120 in 30 days. So it covers the full amount of capsules that come in the order, a month's supply :)

Do these contain any fish products? Says it's vegan but it also says not to take with shellfish or fish allergies.

Hello, and thanks for asking! Seamoss and bladderwrack are sea vegetables. They are herbs in powder form, put into capsules. But because they come from the sea, that may cause problems for anyone with those types of allergies. They are 100% vegan. However, if you are allergic to anything of the sea, you should consult with a doctor before consuming these capsules, just to be sure. Hope this helps!
