I already placed my order, can I change it?
Yes! You can change your order while it is still in the “fulfillment” stage. Email us with your changes at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will try to change the order. If the order has already been printed, it cannot be changed.
My item was damaged during shipping? What do I do?
If the product was damaged upon arrival, take a photo of the damaged product and email it to email@example.com. Return the damaged item to the address on the return label of your package in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will receive a replacement product in place of the return, if we find the return is eligible. Please note: Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed, and only merchandise that is unwashed/unworn can be replaced.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns: Of course! If you are 100% completely unhappy with the product (which makes us sad, but we will try to make it right with you). We also accept returns if we sent you the wrong item (which, of course, we will replace at no charge). The product must be unused and unworn and in the same condition as it was delivered to you. If you need to return a product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason for your return.

Where the heck is my package?
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. Products lost in the mail with no confirmation of delivery will be replaced at no charge by us as soon as possible. We have tracking on all of our packages. If the tracking information says it was delivered, we cannot replace the product. A ticket will need to be submitted to the carrier who delivered the package.
My order I received is incorrect, what do I do?
Mail the unused and unworn product back to the return address on your package and send us an email at sales@shopjoma explaining what was incorrect. If it was an error on our side, we will refund you at no charge.
I only received part of my order!
Sometimes orders are sent in separate shipments.
