Are you allergic to latex? This is the resistance
band package for you. REP Bands® are
designed to have characteristics that are virtually identical to latex bands,
but without the danger of latex allergic reactions. The new formula REP Band
offers greater elastic response, higher resilience, and faster recovery than the
previous formulation. Made of FDA-approved synthetic polymer material that has
been skin tested and proven non-allergenic, REP Band resistive exercise products
contain no latex or dry natural rubber. REP Bands allow you to stock one line
that facilitates all types of resistance therapy, even aquatics, plus gives you
the performance of latex without the hazards.

Flat band clip:
The resistance band clip allows you to turn any
band into one continuous loop. This is ideal for lower body exercises such as
lateral stepping/walking.
DVD highlights:
Learn how to perform gym quality exercise from any
location. Features over 30 resistance band exercises. Suitable for any fitness
level. Easy-to-follow exercise demonstrations. Exercises for all muscle groups. DVD
does NOT include workout programs. It is merely a series of the most
effective resistance band exercises. The exercises are not categorized and play
continuously, one after the other. There are two types of bands featured in the
DVD: flat and tubing (with handles). Length of DVD is roughly 20 minutes. End of
DVD has instructions for how to get a free, comprehensive workout program
utilizing resistance bands.
Door anchor instructions:
1. Open the door and insert the large/wedged end
of door anchor through the space between the HINGE side of the door and the door
frame. Adjust the height of the door anchor as needed.
2. Close the door. Lock the door if possible.
3. Place the tube or band through the door anchor loop.
4. Test the door anchor by pulling on the bands
or tubing.
