Lock Journey caps are made of 100% silicone. The caps can be used for swimming and other water activities, including showering. Sharp objects should not be used in the hair with these caps as they may tear. Do not pull the caps over your eyes, nose or mouth.

Instructions: Pull hair up into a bun in the back center of the head. Use both hands with palms facing each other to expand the opening of the cap pulling over hair and onto head. Cap must be pulled over ears and nape of neck to cover all hair and avoid water seeping under the cap. Once the cap is on, press any excess air out of the cap for swimming.
