Processing time to design garments will take 7-10 business days after your payment is received and accepted.
Shipping within USA will be shipped using USPS and UPS. To track your items, please visit USPS.com or UPS.com
Each packages will be insured just in case if mail is missing. Orders should arrive between 2-5 days. For International customers, please send an email to jdizaclothingco(at)yahoo.com before making a purchase.
J*Diza Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the delivery has already been made and confirmed by the USPS/UPS. In these cases, the customer is responsible for contacting the USPS/UPS and submitting a claim/refund for their packages that were lost or stolen. J*Diza Clothing Co will neither provide a refund nor send new products if the shipment's tracking number has been confirmed and delivered to the address.
If your order arrived damaged, please send a snapshot of the damaged garment to jdizaclothingco(at)yahoo.com along with invoice / order #.
If you are requesting Express delivery or Signature confirmation, please send an email to jdizaclothingco(at)yahoo.com and we will send a separate invoice. Express delievery depending on weight is usually $20 and up, signature confirmation is an extra $2.35. Order will not be processed until the invoice has been paid.
Refund / Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the designs of the outfit(s), there are no refunds for custom orders (this only applies if you requested a custom order)
New policy for newborn sizes - Some orders run either small or large depending on the onesie purchased, should the newborn size is too small, we offer 14 days for exchange/refunds. Garment must be in its original condition (new with tags attached). For refunds/exchange requests, please send an email to jdizaclothingco(at)yahoo.com
For sizes 3 months and up - refunds/ exchanges are done within 3 days AFTER receiving the order.
