5- Star Amazon Reviews:

"Enjoyed reading this sweet story with my 6-year-old daughter. Love the confidence Zoe gained when she realized she could make a difference and change her neighborhood for the better. We read it over a few nights at bedtime, and she couldn’t wait to hear the rest of the story. I highly recommend."

As a 5-time published author, I write children's books to model loving families, supportive friendships, a sense of community, and kindness. While my stories represent all kids, I place a special emphasis on children of African descent.

The Side Hustle

I'm part of a group of entrepreneurs who love their day job and still want to follow their passion during the "5-9" hours. I'm a serial side hustler, and through my business, *The Accountability Pro, I help entrepreneurs who have trouble meeting their own expectations and goals.

A lot of people who have a high capacity for achievement spend more time helping others and put their own dreams to the side. I provide the support and tools they need to find and accomplish their purpose.

How did I get here?

I've served on active duty and in the US Air Force Reserve, worked in academic and corporate roles in public health, program management, consulting, and as an adjunct professor. I've published five books and owned a franchise restaurant that was not only a big fat flop, but one of the greatest lessons on leadership, clarity, persistence, and decision making I will ever have. Experience and failure are great teachers.

One big obstacle I faced in my first business was staying accountable to my goals and dreams. I met lots of people like me who were interested in starting or growing their own businesses. Many were dealing with things that work against many of us: time, other people's expectations, fear of failure, doubt, and thinking we must have everything figured out before we start. The problem: these barriers were keeping them from achieving their purpose.

Our experiences prepare us for the moment we are in right now.

My purpose:

My purpose is to cultivate and encourage people's potential to meet their own expectations and exceed their goals. I love working with entrepreneurs to help them use effective systems and tools so their vision for their future can come to life.

When I'm not working, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, eating good food, listening to funky music, and traveling to interesting places.

My most important role is mother - God blessed me with three children. They are a constant source of inspiration.

The Accountability Pro:

*Working with an accountability partner with the experience to help you meet your expectations and goals can be a huge value. You can learn how to embrace uncertainty, manage your thoughts and feelings, and accept the fact that writer's block doesn't actually exist. (Yes, I said that!)
I would love to work together to develop tailored solutions that can help you make forward progress you'll be pleased with.
